Yes, you can claim compensation for flights delayed more than 3 hours, cancelled or overbooked from any European airport or to Europe, as long as the requirements of EU Regulation 261/2004 are met.
You are entitled to compensation if your flight was delayed more than 3 hours, was cancelled with less than 14 days' notice, or you suffered overbooking, provided the cause is not due to extraordinary circumstances.
