Established in 1930, JSC Nordavia Regional Airlines is a regional carrier, primarily serving to Northwest Russian destinations. Based in Arkhangelsk Talagi Airport, The carrier offers international passenger services as well as scheduled cargo and chartered services via its domestic and international network. Sky Invest acquired the carrier from Norilsk Nickel in Mar-2016. As a result of the acquisition, Sky Invest plans to establish a holding company for it's two carriers: Redwings and Nordavia. Nordavia and Red Wings commenced work on consolidation to establish an aviation holding with a single managing company. The aim of the consolidation is to enlarge the business and gain the opportunity to improve financial stability, renew the fleet, develop a single network and increase effectiveness.
