About Air Creebec
Founded in 1982, Air Creebec is owned by the First Nations Crees. The tribe also owned a 51% share of the company and Austin Airways owned the balance. The Crees acquired all the assets of Air Creebec in 1988.
Based at Val-d’Or Airport, its main hub operation is a Timmons providing feeder service from several Quebec and Ontario destinations to Montreal. Its fleet consists of de Havilland Dash 8s Series 100 and 300, Beech 1900Ds, King Airs, Embraer Bandeirantes and Hawker Siddley HS 748s. It also offers passenger and cargo charters all over North America.
